MAYBELLINE FOUNDATION & MASCARA

Hello guys,
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend and actually having a chance to relax :)

Today, I want to share with you my first impression and opinion on these two, quite promising, products.

Dream Flawless Nude Foundation
It promises undetectable coverage that is build-able but looks natural. Its applicator is supposed to help us to apply perfect amount of product.

My opinion:
I first applied this foundation by touching the applicator directly onto my skin, I then spread it gently over my cheek - I noticed it it kind of absorbing into the skin immediately, without leaving any stains or other unwanted marks on my face. At first, I actually thought, I have applied too much of a product in order to cover just right cheek but it was not a problem. If I did this with my regular foundation, I would get stains, especially by the hair line, but, again, that was not a case. This foundation definitely gives coverage, smooths as good as an excellent face cream, makes the pores less visible and look very, very natural - no mask effect at all!

Have you ever applied too much of your foundation and noticed that the product stayed on your face and then you had to blend it with the brush so it could get into your skin? This foundation from Maybelline does not have that issue. Two movements and is completely absorbed whilst still looking natural!

To be honest, I am not the biggest fan of Maybelline and I only bought this products to try as they were advertised everywhere. Literally everywhere. I must admit I am positively surprised with the quality and the result it gives. I will definitely be using this as my everyday foundation and I will definitely head to the store to get the second one once this one is finished.

Two problems (not a big deal though :P ): Smells like a salicylic alcohol a bit (the applicator does smell but I couldn't smell it on my face after application). Also, if you have a very dry skin type and can spot dry skin here and there, you need to get rid of this before using this product (most of the products actually) as it does not remove this kind of problem from the face. It also does not make your dry skin more visible, but on its own, the skin is visible - if that makes sense :P

Lash Sensational Mascara
It is said to have the Layer Reveal Technology to reveal the smallest lashes and make them as black as possible. According to Maybelline, we can build up the layers and create clump-free look.

My opinion:This mascara is amazing. Again, I am super-positively surprised with Maybelline. It does indeed reveal the lashes I didn't know I had and I actually had my lashes tinted with henna so I should see all of my lashes already. Anyways, as I said, it reveals the lashes, adds length, not much volume though but thanks to this, I didn't get any clumps. Lashes are separated and with the natural look. If someone loves visible lash-look, you would have to go for around 4 layers or so to get thick result. 

The brush is amazing as it is full of that 'sticks' to catch every single lash. I was afraid, when using it on my lower lashes, that I would end up having more mascara on my skin around that on my lashes but it was perfectly fine. I didn't even have to use any cotton swaps as there was no mess at all.

To sum up.. If you were thinking of buying any of these, or maybe both.. Just head to the store and get it. These two are amazing and I am sure you won't regret it.
