Hi guys,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to begin a new week tomorrow.

Today, I want to share with you my favorite juice recipe. I actually started drinking that because I really liked its taste, not for healthy benefits, however after discovering how healthy this is, I love it even more and drink it more often.

AVOCADO
Many people say that avocado is rich in fats, however, after a proper research, I have found out that, yes, indeed, it is rich in fats but heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids therefore really good for us. It is also rich in folate, magnesium, potassium and vitamin E (antioxidant). Avocado is also said to be well known to improve skin's appearance and reduce bad cholesterol.

APPLES
Apples, however, detoxify liver, boost immune system, contribute to healthier heart and teeth and also reduce bad cholesterol.

LIME
Lime contributes to healthier skin, better digestion and also contains antioxidants. It also acts as a natural preservative in our juice so we can prepare it in the afternoon/evening and enjoy it fresh the next day morning.

  2. I love all the flavours above, but I'm just not sure about them together, think it is the spinach that is putting me off!

  4. Never have I ever had a green juice with avocado nor thought to put it in there, but I suppose it adds great healthy fats and creaminess. Just terrified itd overpower the juice haha, but I DO love avocado! Must try during the summer months!

  8. I love these nutritious juice drinks. I recently visited my parents and they made me one with Italian kale, Valencia oranges, carrots, green apple, and lemon. It was so good for breakfast and filled me up until lunch! I hear these really help to beautify the skin, too!!
